The Charter of Values establishes the behaviour of the organisation’s members through the sharing of an asset of values. These constitute the fundamentals of the organisational and working method applied to manage the continuous challenges due to the Studio’s growth.

In the achievement of the objective of the Studio, all the people who work in any role are obliged to respect the rules of conduct set out below.

The Studio understands and anticipates the client’s needs.
The organisation of people aims at constantly experiment and innovate the services offered, the technologies used, methods and processes adopted in order to constantly improve the consultancy and assistance activities, necessary to support the client’s and the internal organisation’s evolution.

The persons are pushed out to a constant improvement of the to do method through the learning processes that project the acting in the future.
The persons working in the Studio are strongly suggested to constantly invest in their own, in the organisation and in the client’s future.
The Studio pursues the sustainability over the time of its organisation and clients, preferring stable, shared and long-lasting relations.

AUTONOMY, INDIPENDENCE
AND RESPONSABILITY

The freedom of opinion guides the members of the organisation during their duties and towards the relations with clients.
People working in the Studio do not depend on other external entities and operate without any interference, in the best interest of the clients and the Studio.
The behaviour of every person in the Studio is subjected to the principle of one’s own responsibility, towards the other members and the clients. The above principle assumes that the adopted actions find an explanation on a rational and demonstrable basis.
Therefore the Studio works to confer the adequate and necessary resources to fully develop the given fulfilment, in quantity and quality.

The persons and their professional growth are the focus of the Studio. The persons are selected, evaluated and guided with objectivity and meritocracy in their professional growth.
Everyone is strongly suggested to share the best information and knowledge in order to allow his own and other people progress.

The cooperation within the member of the Studio and the collaboration with clients are the instruments that permit to achieve the best results for the organisation and for its clients, generate reliable and productive relations, therefore generate mutual value.
The persons working in the Studio treat the others and are treated by others with respect and consideration, respecting the individuals without any kind of discrimination.

SOLIDARITY

The duty of professional and personal mutual solidarity imprints the behaviour of each one towards the organisation as a whole and its members.
The principle of solidarity is applied by the Studio compatibly with the economic sustainability and the structural compatibility of the organisation.

REPUTATION

The behaviour of the Studio members has to be directed at the protection of the Studio reputation, as vehicle of the values expressed in this document.
Political, administrative or public roles have to be undertaken only after the approval by the Studio, after having evaluated the impact on the reputation, independence, efficiency and effectiveness of the Studio.

CLARITY, TRANSPARENCY, HONESTY, RELIABILITY

People working for the Studio are required to be clear and transparent towards colleagues and clients, being understandable by any interlocutor.
The behaviour of individuals is protected by accuracy and honesty.
Each person makes every effort to be reliable towards colleagues and clients, demonstrating intellectual flexibility in the approach to problems and solutions presented by others.

TIME MANAGEMENT

The time management as a shared resource is based on the principles of efficiency and efficacy in the respect of others, guaranteeing the necessary rapidity and willingness for the purposes of colleagues and clients.
